Martine Jackson - JD, MBA

Martine Jackson has 30 years of experience in advising, coaching, and supporting CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners with their management practices, leadership philosophies, and strategic and succession planning she formally launched Lexari Group, LLC in February 2019. Her vision for Lexari Group is to equip leaders and managers with the expertise they need to perform at their maximum potential, creating an environment where people thrive and chart a course for the future. Ms. Jackson received her combined Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University.  Her undergraduate degree in International Business Administration is from Pace University, New York.  She holds certificates in Mediation and Conflict Management in the Workplace from DePaul University and Business and Professional Coaching Certificate from North Caroline State University.  She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and a former member of the Association for Conflict Resolution as well as the National Association of College & University Attorneys.

In Martine’s free time, she is actively involved with her community, volunteering and serving on multiple committees and boards, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.

Tonya Odum, BS, Paralegal, MS ED

Tonya brings more than 25 years of business and academia experience. Tonya began her professional career as a Project Manager for the manufacturing division at Coopers and Lybrand (now known as, PricewaterhouseCoopers) in St. Louis, Missouri. After being transferred to Chicago and discovering a passion for leadership and education she worked at BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois as a Training Specialist. After receiving her Masters Degree in Education, she led the Continuing Community Education division at Kaskaskia College as Dean of Corporate Training and Continuing Education. Using her specialization in Leadership, she designed and collaborated the development of the Leadership Institute at Kaskaskia College. The Leadership Institute cultivates and mentors upcoming academic and business leaders. Tonya’s experiences include leadership in higher education, small business development and ownership, training development and facilitation, project and administrative leadership and management. Tonya’s unique talents and experience brings structure and leadership to administration chaos. She excels at bringing leadership processes and education to organizations. Helping people and businesses grow is her passion.

In her free time Tonya enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography, scrapbooking, reading, gardening, and all things country living.
